Government Funding

It has been made accessible for every student to get the chance to be eligible in the government funded programs that will help you with your tuition cost. Eligible student who have completed the qualification under the government subsidised program will no longer be eligible for another subsidised program

How much will I need to pay?

Tuition fees vary and are based on different factors such as nominal study hours, qualification level and course type depending upon your eligibility result.

The government pays part of your training costs directly to Elite Training Institute.

The amount may be between 50% and 100% of your course costs depending on the priority of the qualification and your eligibility for Fee-free Year 12 subsidised training.


You will pay the remaining training costs as a co-contribution fee to your registered training organisation.

If you are a school-based apprentice or trainee, or eligible for Fee-free Year 12 subsidised training, you do not have to pay the co-contribution fee.

Certificate 3 Guarantee

Supports eligible individuals to complete their first post-school certificate 3 level qualification and increase their skills to move into employment, re-enter the workforce or advance their career. Thus, reduced the amount you will pay to make the training more affordable and accessible.

Higher Level Skills program

The program aims to assist individuals to gain the higher-level skills required to secure employment or career advancement in a priority industry, or to transition to university to further their studies.

Prospective students must not have or be enrolled in a Certificate IV or higher-level qualification, not including qualifications completed at school and foundations skills training.

Fee-free training for Year 12 Graduates

This program support Queensland’s Year 12 graduates to successfully transition to employment, the government is offering fee-free training in high priority qualifications identified by the Queensland Government and industry groups.

Eligible Year 12 graduates can have a head start of their careers by completing a high priority qualification through apprenticeships and traineeships within the calendar year after graduating. Eligible participants will not be required to contribute to the cost of their training.
